Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Vyrlo: AI Blog Autopilot application ("the App") operated by Arcada LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Vyrlo is a Shopify Application that uses Artificial Intelligence to automate the creation of blog posts for e-commerce stores. It analyzes your product catalog and generates written content based on your settings.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

2.1 Billing

The App enables you to purchase monthly subscriptions ("Plans") that provide a specific allowance of AI generation credits or "tokens". Billing is handled exclusively through the Shopify Billing API.

2.2 No Refund Policy

All sales are final. By subscribing to a paid plan (Pro or Growth), you are purchasing a digital service (access to AI generation capabilities and tokens).

• Service Rendered: The service is considered rendered immediately upon the allocation of your monthly credits/tokens.
• Unused Credits: Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or for unused credits. If you uninstall the App, your subscription is cancelled immediately, and no future charges will occur, but previous charges are non-refundable.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Content Review

You acknowledge that the App uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content. AI can make mistakes.

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all content generated by the App before publishing it to your store.
• We are not liable for any inaccuracies, offensive text, or copyright issues in the content generated by the AI.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to generate content that involves:

• Hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
• Medical advice or health claims without professional review.
• False or misleading information.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your Data: You retain all rights to your store data and product information.
• Generated Content: You own the rights to the content generated for your store by the App.
• App IP: The App itself, its code, design, and "Vyrlo" branding are the exclusive property of Arcada LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arcada LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any content obtained from the App;
• Any errors or omissions in the content generated by the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
