This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you install or use the Vyrlo: AI Blog Autopilot application (the "App") in connection with your Shopify store.

When you install and access the App, we collect the following types of information:

1.1 Information from Shopify

We obtain information directly from your Shopify account via the Shopify API:

• Store Information: Shop domain, shop email, country, currency, and plan name.
• Product Data: Product titles, descriptions, tags, and images (used to generate relevant blog content).
• Blog Data: Existing blog posts, authors, and blog IDs (to publish new content).

1.2 Information You Provide

• Brand Identity: Tone of voice, target audience, and SEO keywords you configure in the App settings.
• Billing Information: We do not process payments directly. All billing is handled via Shopify's Billing API. We only receive the plan status (e.g., Free, Pro, Growth).

1.3 Usage Data

We collect anonymous data about how you interact with the App, such as the number of articles generated and features used, to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To generate AI-powered blog posts tailored to your products and brand.
• App Functionality: To sync your product catalog and publish content to your store's blog.
• Communication: To send important updates regarding your account or the App (e.g., technical issues, policy changes).
• Improvement: To analyze usage trends and enhance the App's performance and features.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• AI Providers: We send product descriptions and brand context to third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating text content. These providers are not permitted to use your data to train their models.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Shopify: As a Shopify App, your data interacts with Shopify's platform as necessary for the App to function.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We retain your settings and history while the App is installed.
• Deletion: If you uninstall the App, your data (including brand settings and generation history) is scheduled for deletion from our servers within 48 hours.
