Data Deletion Instructions

SnapMe provides a simple, automated way for you to delete your account and all associated data directly within the application.

How to delete your account:

  1. Open the SnapMe app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab (gear icon).
  3. Select the Profile tab at the top.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
  5. Tap the red Delete Account button.
  6. Confirm your choice in the popup dialog.
Note: This action will immediately and permanently delete your account, credits, generation history, and personal data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to delete your data, please contact us ensuring you provide your User ID if known.
